2. Information on the site
We take care to present products, features, prices, and availability as clearly and accurately as possible.
Despite our efforts, a typographical, technical, or display error may occasionally occur. If an error affects an order, we will contact you to explain the situation and, where necessary, offer a solution or the option of canceling the order for a refund.
Photos, videos, and audio recordings are intended to represent our products as faithfully as possible. However, colors and sound may vary depending on your screen, headphones, speakers, or other equipment.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you must provide accurate information that is complete enough for us to process your order and payment and arrange delivery.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation at the email address you provided.
We may refuse or cancel an order if it cannot be fulfilled, including if a product is unavailable, payment fails, information is clearly incorrect, or there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud.
If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, the applicable amount will be refunded to the payment method used for the purchase.

The applicable prices are those displayed when you place your order.
Any additional charges that apply to your order are shown before you place it.
Payment must be made using one of the methods available at checkout. An order may be put on hold or canceled if payment cannot be authorized or confirmed.
5. Shipping

The time frames provided should be read as explained on that page and may distinguish between the time needed to dispatch an order and the time it spends in transit with the carrier.
If we cannot ship an order within the stated time frame, we will inform you of the situation and the available options, including where the law allows you to accept a revised time frame or cancel the order.
6. Returns, refunds and warranty
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return in accordance with our Returns & Warranty Policy.

Every Sonant handpan is also covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects and certain issues arising under normal use, including abnormal detuning of one or more notes.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by impacts, drops, improper handling, moisture, corrosion, improper storage, modifications to the instrument, or normal wear and tear.

These terms do not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
7. Customer accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and for keeping your login details confidential.
You are also responsible for activity on your account resulting from the use of your login details.
If you believe someone has accessed your account without authorization, contact us as soon as possible.
8. Intellectual property
The text, photos, videos, graphics, logos, designs, guides, and other content on the site are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
